Jane practices acupuncture using Traditional Chinese Medicine principles. This ancient practice involves assessing the body as a whole and accounting for each organ system. Acupuncture points are found through out the body connected by pathways or meridians. Regardless of your primary complaint your registered acupuncturist will inquire about your energy levels, whether you tend to feel hot or cold, quality of sleep, and review your current and past health. Your acupuncture treatment targets your specific complaint, promotes relaxation, boosts mood, and improves sleep.
