Matt Moloney

Massage Therapist

Matt’s patient-centric approach to massage therapy focuses on a collaborative practitioner-client relationship. He enjoys incorporating his physical fitness education and experience to deliver the best care possible.

Matt Moloney, RMT began his health journey in 2014 when he enrolled in the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Humber College. Here, he learned about exercise science and biomechanics. This segued into a passion for powerlifting, which he has maintained ever since.

After graduating, Matt felt the drive to dive even deeper into this field. In 2017, he pursued a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Guelph-Humber. Matt learned the ins and outs of exercise and rehab science, and the importance of movement in the healing and recovery of the body. Matt took his enhanced education and became a certified Personal Trainer at Goodlife Fitness, combining his intricate knowledge of human anatomy and exercise science to help people reach their fitness goals and live happier and healthier lives.

The COVID-19 pandemic and prolonged closures of fitness facilities gave Matt ample time to reflect on his long-term goals and how he could further integrate his knowledge and passions into a career. Three years later, he is a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Humber College and licensed as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
