Chiropractic treatments with Dr. Hayley Walkden
An initial Chiropractic appointment includes a health intake, assessment, discussion on treatment goals, and treatment. Dr. Hayley works collaboratively with her patients based on their own comfort – incorporating soft tissue techniques and joint mobilizations with or without manual adjustments. Homecare recommendations further support recovery of injuries as well as supporting your overall health and well-being.
Dr. Hayley provides chiropractic care for adults, and children. Having a strong interest in supporting women during pregnancy and postpartum, Dr. Hayley is Webster-trained.
Outside the Clinic
In addition to her chiropractic practice in Toronto, Dr Hayley has been teaching Modo, Power Flow and Vinyasa yoga for over 17 years. Her background in yoga deeply informs her approach to treatment, enhancing her understanding of movement patterns, alignment and breath. She often integrates these principles into her care, helping patients build awareness and strength that support lasting change.
