Internal Family Systems Therapy

Internal Family Systems Therapy is a therapeutic approach that helps individuals explore and understand the different parts of themselves. Leading to increased self-awareness, self-compassion, and healing. This evidence-based therapy tool is useful for trauma, anxiety, depression, and self-confidence; using a blend of traditional narrative and structural modalities.

The goal of Internal Family Systems is to help individuals integrate these different parts into a more cohesive and harmonious sense of self. By learning how each part functions together as a system will leave you feeling better prepared to identify the roots of conflict, manage any complications arising, and achieve a greater well-being.
